How do I register for LienItNow?
You will be automatically registered once you complete your LienItNow order. There is no need to create an account beforehand.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply go to the login page on the LienItNow website, enter your username/email address, and click on the “forgot your password?” link. You will receive an email from LienItNow with a link to create a new password.
How do I change my password?
If you need to change your password for any reason, simply log in to the LienItNow website, go to your account settings, and click the “change password” button located underneath your address information.
Do you issue refunds?
Refunds are only permitted under certain circumstances and must be issued before LienItNow provides you with a draft document. Certain scenarios include denied eligibility or changing your mind before a draft document is issued. If you need help with your order or would like to request a refund, please contact us.
Does LienItNow keep my information secure?
How long will it take before I receive a payment?
After filing a lien or sending a notice stating that payment is due, the collection time will vary depending on the company or person responsible for payment. By filing a lien or bond claim, you’re securing the amounts that are owed to you, as the involved real estate becomes collateral for payment.
Does your service work in my state?

How does the LienItNow process work?
After completing your worksheet and submitting your order, LienItNow reviews your document for any typos and then verifies the owner of the property. If any issues arise during the verification process, LienItNow will contact you to resolve. If the verification is successful, you will receive a draft document in a couple of days.
