The Dulles Town Center, in Dulles, Virginia, has begun construction on the new Regal Cinema. This theater is to be 45,000 square-feet, with 10 stadium style theaters, and 1 Regal Premium Experience theater. The theater is set to open next summer, but citizens are able to view the building progress on this construction website.
